Virtual Environments

As most I.T. professional VM ware is where we mostly spend our time.  But, in my home lab I use Proxmox to virtualize, not only, home servers but my testing and learning environment.

Active Directoy

One of the most recent products handed off to me is Active Directory.  I have been investing time into reassigning all current policy's and moving manually processes into deploying with Group Policies.

Problem Solving

Working within a team or alone I use all my knowledge , Skill, and resources on hand to problem solve and find an answer or solution.

Operation System

I started working with OS's when I was just a kid.  CMD was where I started.  Since then I have worked with all Windows OS and a lot of Linx OS's.  I do like Debian based distros the most.

Powershell Scripting

Intermediate proficiency Building login scripts, Administration scripts, and Auto processing for the environment.  

MDM Managment

Moving away from our broken Airwatch server we deployed BYOD and in house Devices with Endpoint Central MDM.  Buit kiosk MDM profiles to fit the needs of the environment.

  • Windows OS

    The main OS deployed in my work environment is Widows OS. From Windows 95 to Windows 11. I have touched Most but not all versions of windows. From the server-side Server 2008 to Server 2022

  • Linux OS

    In my work environment we do use a few Linux OS Deployments, but where I mainly use Linux is in my Home Lab and home setups. From Linux Mint OS to Ubuntu Server. I have a wide range of uses and experiances

  • Virtual Environment

    VM Ware is our main works virtual environment from building lungs, Templates, and data domains. To deployment of servers and Hardware configurations. In my HomeLab I use Proxmox with Deployment of production home and outside Resorces. Proxmox is also where I run my Full Test Lab.

With every project come documentation. Understanding these documents is crucial in configuring, building, and having a successful project outcome.

Communication is not only important within a day-to-day operation, but it curial in documentation.  Of all my years so far having to go back years later to figure out how servers where configured, projects where deployed, or even who was the lead needs to be communication properly.  This saves time, Resorces, and money.

Time should hold the most value to anyone.  Being able to differentiate between what is important and what can be held off for a little while.  This skill should be transparent between a work environment and home.
